Plates & Platters

Eco-friendly plates and platters are made from a molded fiber material commonly referred to as Bagasse.  Bagasse is a by-product of the sugarcane production and is the raw material that remains after sugarcane stalks are crushed to extract their juice.  Bagasse products are durable, with a high tolerance for heat, as well as a natural texture and feel.  FDA approved for food contact as well as ASTM D6400 and/or D6868 requirements for certifiable compostability.
