Shipping and Returns
Richmond Advantage puts forth a great effort to ensure your orders are shipped in a timely manner, and at a reasonable cost. Due to our vast inventory we are able to ship most orders within the same day as receiving it. We are based out of Schertz, Texas. If you are fortunate enough to be based out of San Antonio, or its surrounding areas we offer free next business day delivery.
Free Shipping Offers
• Richmond offers free next day business delivery on eligible orders.
• Same day deliveries are available, additional fees apply.
National and International Shipments
COD shipments are available; fees will be assessed according to carrier.
• In an effort to serve our customers all shipments will be made using the most economical method available, unless otherwise instructed.
• Products will generally be shipped via UPS, USPS, or LTL.
• Shipments are usually processed same day if orders are placed before 2:30 PM.
• Arrival time of product depends on shipment method and destination.
• Faster arrival times may be requested at a higher rate depending on carrier.
• Shipments are made at buyer’s risk, any shortage/damage claims must be made within 10 days.
• Richmond is not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier.
• Free Shipping does not include additional services such as lift gate delivery, inside delivery, call notification, residential delivery, or express shipment. If you require any of these special services additional fees may apply.
